Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SoBS)

SoBS is a self-help organisation which exists to meet the needs and overcome the isolation experienced by those bereaved by suicide of a family member or anyone close to them. Support is available through face-to-face peer support groups as well as online, by email and by phone. Milton Keynes has a group that meets every 4th Wednesday of the month.
