TJ (She/They)

Chair, Board of Trustees

TJ's role at Q:alliance is to lead the strategic vision of the team, as well as ensure that our charity operates in a safe and legal manner. They lead a team of volunteer Trustees, who together help steer the charity towards the future.

In their day job they lead the Future of Work & Place programme at Santander UK, as well as chairing the LGBTQ+ Employee Network, Embrace.

In their free time, TJ is a loud and proud lesbian, hapless servant to 2 very naughty dogs and 3 extremely demanding cats. They are devoted to their amazing wife of over 20 years. They're a voracious reader, audiobook narrator and a persistent (yet talentless) gamer.
