MK NHS Crisis Team

    • If this is the first time you need help for a mental health crisis and it is during office hours, you should go to your GP.
    • If you have already been referred to the Crisis Team, your first point of contact should be the person that you usually see (your care coordinator, or named lead professional). Their contact details, or the contact details of your care team, are contained in your care plan and on your Crisis Card.
    • For out of hours advice, support and signposting for those in mental health crisis, please contact 0800 0234 650.

If you feel that you cannot keep yourself safe,  please dial 999 and ask the operator for an ambulance, or go to your nearest A&E department.

Milton Keynes IAPT
Milton Keynes Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) is a free, confidential NHS service providing psychological treatment for depression and anxiety disorders. Referrals can be made by a GP or you can self refer here.
